Refund Policy

The Wedding Blueprint is a digital product. Once your order is completed and access is provided, it cannot be refunded. By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and agree to this policy.

Digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned the way a physical product can. Once the files have been accessed or downloaded, the purchase is final and non-refundable. This is standard practice for digital templates, ebooks, and downloadable files across the industry.

Filing a chargeback after receiving access to your files is considered misuse. We keep full order records and delivery logs and will provide these to the payment provider to resolve any dispute. If you believe there has been a genuine billing error, please contact us before filing a dispute and we will resolve it quickly.

If you have trouble accessing or downloading your files, we will do everything we can to help — including resending your download link or restoring access. Technical issues are not a basis for a refund but we are always happy to assist. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Your purchase grants a licence for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the files in any form is not permitted.
